2 flight cancellations and one cyclone later and we’re back in LA. Time to record a bunch of bangers again.

Day 1 done in the studio. Drums and rhythm guitars down for two new tracks. Also drank 8 large Red Bulls and am having heart palpitations.

What a week, what a day!!! We’re smashing it in the studio, just had 12 hours sleep and ADTR’s new album just dropped. After I get off the toilet i can’t wait to eat breakfast and listen through front to hope and HOPE there’s some Big chorus’s. I’m so excited

Me and Michael just had our first little session actually writing some music together for kinda the first time and it was magical. Writing great songs on my own pleases my ego (ew) but writing with someone else and getting hyped is so fun.

Here’s another toilet tweet. You know what’s entertaining to me? When a band posts a Tik Tok video about how you’ve just discovered them and they’re still small enough to reply to every comment but they don’t reply to mine. Ever.

It’s a bad day to be a hot dog

Why is it that you can find yourself a nice corner of the airport to chill in waiting for boarding away from everyone but as soon as you sit down someone decides to sit next to you.

Going home now back to Australia and this has been the best trip to LA so far for us. Recorded 9 new songs and shot 11 new music videos. Never been so inspired to write when I get home to Brisbane! Thank you America 🇺🇸 🙏🏻
