At the 2023 ASU NBA Mock Trade Deadline, I identified Josh Minott as a player certainly worthy of a Two-Way contract (Minnesota waived him in the competition). We signed him and waived Alex Fudge. Minott is signing a 2-year deal with the real Boston Celtics, after spending 3 years with Minnesota.

In addition to trading in for Antonio Reeves last year, Bronny James was the only player picked after him to receive a standard contract. Bryson Graham, David Griffin, and Swin Cash are no longer in NOLA, while Joe Dumars & Troy Weaver were not there for last year’s draft.
