Mucinous cystic neoplasm (#MCN) is not specific to the #pancreas. It is seen in the #liver, too. Ovarian-type stroma is your clue. When in doubt, PR IHC would be helpful. Make sure to check if there is HGD or associated invasive carcinoma. This example only has LGD. @PathTwitter

This is the first time I have seen this entity in colon! I don't think I will see another case ever again...Patient was found to have a well-defined colonic mass. Microscopy revealed HG malignant neoplasm w geographic areas of necrosis.
