Ambassador Ní Fhallúin joined with UNDP Lao PDR & USAID Asia in Vientiane to launch the Enhancing Efficiency & Accessibility of Public Services in Lao PDR (LEAP) project. The project aims to ensure better access to services for citizens of 🇱🇦, particularly in remote communities.
