Outrageous price increases are annoying as it is, but bad maths is worse Virgin Media ❤️. That’s not RPI + 3.9%. It’s RPI + 3.9 points which means RPI nearly doubled (+79.5% if you wanna get specific). And here I thought the email was to apologise for all the service interruptions.
