Go off, king! π brilliant talk from my awesome colleague Zach Carter providing an update on the largest horizon scan in Antarctic conservation research to date #SCARBiology2023 π§ @InvasionEcology

This week Isabelle Rose Onley, PhD, Zach Carter & our Uni of Adelaide team conducted a biosecurity workshop in Hobart. It was a great chance to get scientists, biosecurity practitioners & antarctica.gov.au decision-makers together to share experiences & knowledge about Antarctic biosecurity.

And here I am! With the support of Securing Antarctica's Environmental Future @InvasionEcology Environment Institute - University of Adelaide Faculty of Sciences, Engineering and Technology a wonderful summer of fieldwork is on the horizon! #SAEFgoessouth

With just over 3 weeks left, our biodiversity team in the Bunger Hills have completed 50% of their sampling. They've been collecting lake water, moss & soil samples, & conducting surveys to better understand the biodiversity in the region. π· Toby Travers & L. Phillips
