Day 2 at the Microbiology Society #ECMConf23 in Bristol today. Such diverse and interesting talks, lovely to see so many great early career researcher talks! Well done also to our PhD student Gemma Gemma Louise Cooper on a brilliant talk about her antiviral drug discovery work!

Had an absolutely amazing week in Ediburgh for Microbiology Society. I got to meet some great people 😁 Thank you for everyones support while I presented my work in the Virology Forum, (especially Maitreyi Shivkumar for all the last minute practice!) it was a great experience! #Microbio24


Our PhD students Gemma Gemma Louise Cooper and Brandon had a great time presenting their research at the Applied Microbiology International 2024 LAM ECS symposium in Bristol last week. And congratulations to Gemma for winning the Policy Prize linked to the UN-SDGs for her poster! #LAM_ECS2024
