scratch that, now I wish that I was very famous so that I could star as the titular character in the inevitable M3GAN: the musical

In 35 minutes, the Arkansas senate will vote to potentially ban drag. It defines drag as trans people performing to the "prurient" interest. "Prurient" is subjective, will be used to target the entire community. Obscenity laws are back. They won't stop with us. Stop SB43.

if you are an adult who orders coffee regularly, you can and should know what a macchiato is. don’t let them do this to you. you’re stronger than they are.

Judith Heumann was a fearless champion for the rights of people with disabilities in our nation and around the world and millions of people who have faced barriers owe her a debt of gratitude. I will always remember her as my hero and my friend. RIP Judy Heumann 🤟🏻 #beingheumann

The tagline “gay, not queer” is meant to do precisely what slogans like “homo is healthy” did in the 1960s/70s. Both efforts stake a claim to normativity by distancing themselves from more vulnerable populations, whether trans people (now) or disabled people (then). It’s gross.

happy #tdov 🏳️‍⚧️ listen to trans people & accept that a lot of us literally just want to have normal, happy lives where we get to go to the grocery store, have hobbies, make mistakes, get to go on vacation, and make enough money for food, rent, therapy, and health insurance
