So, is it railway blockades, Covid-19, the European elite, foreign-funded environmentalists, Notley, Trudeau, the Toronto Liberal media, Quebec, the Green Left, or trade unions who are to blame for Alberta's problems this week? I've lost track. #ableg #abpoli #cdnpoli

Wow. In other news, the Alberta MD War Room is an example to war rooms everywhere. With surgical precision they dropped truth bombs all over Shandy and his entirely questionable "facts" and also pointed out his poor tie selection. Alberta MD War Room #ABLeg #handsoffmypension

She is and has been a great leader for Alberta Medical Association (AMA) during an extremely difficult time in AB On International Women’s Day it’s as good a time as any to recognize the many great female MD leaders we have! Too many to list here & not miss some but take a moment to reflect

An Alberta Pension Plan may have been a viable initiative 25 years ago. Logical Albertans can’t possibly believe it’s anywhere close to a good idea now. #ableg #abpoli #cdnpoli 🇨🇦

An attempt was made on the life of the Prime Minister, and not one opposition party leader has offered words of support or relief that no injuries occurred, or condemnation of this act. Shameful does not begin to describe this.

Hope Albertans likes for-profit, big business, private health care. Break out your wallets so you can buy private health plans. Just like the amazing US system. Alberta Medical Association (AMA) cbc.ca/news/canada/ed…

I was on call last Saturday for ICU. Of the 13 consults I saw that night, all but one were as a result of alcohol or drug misuse. Trauma, withdrawal and overdoses. Albertans are suffering in an unprecedented way these days. We need more social supports. Not less.

I've never shared a meme like this in my life... and I really try not to... but this is painfully accurate. #abhealth #ableg #Shandemic

Let us never forget that Jason Kenney 🇨🇦🇺🇦🇮🇱 and the UCP continue to fund a useless energy war room at $30 million a year, yet have no new funds to keep students and teachers safe in schools. I will always choose classrooms over war rooms. How about you? #ableg #abed cbc.ca/news/canada/ca…

July 30: Pincher Creek doctors forced to continue services because replacement doctors couldn’t be found. July 31: Alberta has too many doctors. Tyler Shandro 🇨🇦 🇺🇦 🇮🇱, maybe it’s time you just get #backtothetable wirh Alberta Medical Association (AMA) before more damage is done. Better yet, send Jason Kenney 🇨🇦🇺🇦🇮🇱

I. Am. Terrified. My colleagues and I will be on the frontlines bracing for the next several weeks as COVID numbers skyrocket. Voluntary measures are not enough. We need a reset. We need a short, snap lockdown to let us catch up and protect the health of Albertans.

"It's going to protect YOU..." "It will reduce YOUR risk of a heart attack, cancer, diabetes etc". We see this all the time when it comes to medical treatments and health interventions. I'm going to show why 99.9% of the time this type of phrasing/framing ("YOU/R") is wrong🧵
