Terrific inspiring words from my lovely wonderful colleague Vanitha Regunathan. Explaining exactly why we’re developing our tier 3 workforce to meet the needs of our population through our frailty academy Royal Surrey British Geriatrics Society #ChooseGeriatrics

When they said ten year plan I didn’t realise that was the lead in time ! We await with bated breath. I just hope appropriately planned funds to drive the three shifts and that this is based on evidence based interventions for older people #ChooseGeriatrics British Geriatrics Society

If you’re a health or care professional (or even non professional) looking after older people then you’ve found your tribe British Geriatrics Society … loads of resources, best practice guidance, education, events. Come and join one of the biggest MDTs in the world 👇and help shape the future
