Opened our second campus this week Docklands Primary School for our Grade 4-6ers. It was incredible to see it all come together, especially all our class novels and Core Knowledge readers. We value great literature in the hands of our students.

A big shout out to one of our Learning Specialists Jac Dominey who led increasing instructional time for oral language development in Foundation last year. 80% of our Year 1 students (many of whom are learning English) are now at/above benchmark for Listening Retell (CUBED3). ππ»

Congratulations to Jac Dominey and Madeline Gort for representing Docklands Primary School at Sharing Best Practice Ballarat this weekend. It's remarkable that so many Victorian Department of Education teachers give so generously back to the field (on their holidays, no less). #DocklandsPS

So proud that Docklands Primary School was recognized for Outstanding Inclusive Education. Since 2021, weβve explicitly taught Ss what they need to be successful, used research evidence to do that in the most accessible way and worked to identify and help Ss needing extra support.
