Today my PhD journey has come to it's official end. A lovely celebration of the ups and downs of a PhD with the final reward of a doctorate. It was lovely to share with a number of Behaviour-Brain-Body family.

Glad to have been a part of this study. Am important consideration for nightshift workers and their health.
