#musicforthemind Meaningful moments were created today for the patients and for families, who saw their loved one having a good hospital experience. They were happy to stand back and see their loved ones being part of a group. #johnscampaign #carersconsidered #keepcarerscaring

Dementia Awareness Week @ UHB What a week we’ve had - from raising awareness about John’s Campaign and making sure that relatives and carers feel welcomed and valued to fundraising efforts aimed at keeping patients with dementia engaged in meaningful activities during their stay

Day 5 and another amazing day, this time at Good Hope. We had a very informative stand with lots of leaflets and information for patients, families and carers to take away. Lots or discussions around #johnscampaign and #openvisiting. Definitely a successful day. Thank you GHH
