In one week we have had amazing milestones. ✅ Lifted Heavy 🏋️ ✅ Sprinted 2x this week ⚡️ ✅ Jumped at max height 🐇 Fastest ever 10m fly time. Marshall Greene 0.94 = 21.76mph Caden S and Drew E added to the 20mph club. Kellie D fastest girls 10m fly at 1.23=16.63mph

Great Strength and Speed Clinic with some local coaches. Representatives from AHSFalconStrength, Lebanon Pioneers S&S, Jack Ginn, Richlands Blue Tornado Football, VHS Bearcats Football, and Steve Wright from FCA. Great presentation on ACL injury prevention and exercises by Dr. Lindsay Remy from HMG Orthopedics.
