I vividly recall the first time I saw a coyote in NYC. It was thrilling. Every subsequent encounter is just as special. This coyote has very distinctive markings, and I believe he is the alpha male of the pack. Seen earlier this spring in the Bronx. 💕

Even the coyotes are more glamorous in Manhattan. Romeo the Central Park coyote always seems to find his light. #nature #wildlife #birdcpp

Please remind people that the piping plover chicks are headed (size of a cotton ball!) to the water’s edge to feed! No mama bird feeds them. Story at 4:30! Eyewitness News Endangered & precious! No e-bikes or off leash dogs please! Let people know. Pls share 💕🏖️
