#TheFutureIsHere! I love to tweet amazing works of others, but this paper ⁦Science Magazine⁩ by Pitteloud, Prevot &co can be a #GameChanger for #DownSyndrome. In a mouse model, using a safe treatment used in humans, they rescue cognitive deficits!❤️ science.org/doi/10.1126/sc…

The more-the merrier: not always. Here we deciphered that unregulated AHR signaling in Ahrr deficient mice induces ferroptosis in IELs in a CYP1A1-ROS-dependent mechanism. Check out our paper in Immunity by Santosh santosh panda and lab members. cell.com/immunity/fullt…

Check out our newest resource led by Natalia Jaeger and Alina Ulezko Antonova describing the NK-ILC1 gradient in human tissues: rdcu.be/dM64F. The IEL contains true mature (PRDM1+) and immature (PRDM1-) EOMES-ILC1, while other tissues harbor ILC1-like NKs expressing ZNF683.
