In 1 month KLM has not provided a single response about stolen goods from luggage while on their possession. Outrageous!

According the law if KLM does not respond to claims within 7 days, passenger has no right to claim damages, of course, they never respond!

Customer service of KLM is absolutely inexistent! They take no responsibility for your luggage, while you pay thousands of euros for a tix

Outrageous!! Passengers have limited weight of carry on, and KLM is not responsible for the luggage content they handle= stealing business

Airline companies are blatantly creating businesses from stealing contents in bags and hold no responsibility! #KLM outrageous!!

#KLM condones theft of luggage and makes the passengers responsible. It is the worst and most illogical costumer service and policy.
