Looking forward to my Quest weekend with abandofbrothers - 48 blissful hours away from digital devices, not even watches are allowed. I’ll be helping to mentor young men and hope that my lived experience will help them make better choices than I did. jailhousemoose.com

Thank you to the team at A Band of Brothers abandofbrothers for an amazing quest weekend. It’s inspiring to be part of a movement offering a route to male empowerment without toxicity and misogyny. The only way to counter Andrew Tate and Incell culture is to offer an alternative

Thanks to David Kendall and HMP Erlestoke for inviting me to hold a Life Writing workshop as part of #pennedup - I got to take in some of my favourite authors to share and hear some great stories. Thanks to all those who took part.

I’m enjoying a weekend of mentor training with abandofbrothers and am trying to apply these four, simple principles to my life. 1: Be impeccable with your words 2: Don’t take things personally 3: Make no assumptions 4: Do your honourable best jailhousemoose.com
