I have just finished another set of incredibly difficult weekend nights as the A&E consultant incharge. Some thoughts: The NHS no longer provides unscheduled care - we provide treatment. Care is with dignity - that's impossible for our patients in corridors. The model of

Tomorrow night at 8pm Rishi Sunak will be presenting GB News. He should be fired for such a blatant disregard for standing of his Public Office. RT if he needs to go.

Rishi Sunak decided that the £14.9bn of PPE fraud cannot be investigated and wrote it all off. This is fraud, theft, corruption on a ridiculous scale. RT if you think Treason charges for all those in involved need to be brought including those who cover it up. #BREATHTAKING

Lord Cameron has hired a £42m jet to fly round Central Asia, for 5 days in ridiculous luxury. When James Cleverly hired the same plane last year it cost you £422,000 a day. That's 105 people's benefits for an entire year, every single day. It's crooks that cost you.

If you are worried about Benefit Fraud £0.5bn but not Government Corruption £219bn. Immigration £2bn but not Tax Havens £150bn. Junior Doctors pay rises £1.3bn but not Bankers tax cuts £7.3bn. You‘re buying their lies.

The focus is always on Disabled People who 'cost' £36bn a year, but who have very real disability's such as blindness, paralysis, and terminal illness. Meanwhile multimillionaires/billionaires cost £150bn in Tax Avoidance, and have nothing wrong with them. But nothing is said.

Labour racked up the wins this week. Lots of new initiatives to make the country fairer and greener in particular. (Though much of it didn’t make the papers.) What you might have missed:

Let me get this straight: Jeremy Clarkson bought land to avoid paying inheritance tax on his millions. Nigel Farage & Boris Johnson promised Brexit would save farmers & fishers, but it ruined them. And now they're all claiming to represent the interests of struggling farmers?

Tip to MSM: 90% of us aren’t affected by private school fees or farmers death duties. It holds no interest. Move on to buses, water companies and the NHS. That’s what we care about. Things that affect us and our families.

In 1970 the UK and Norway were roughly equal, almost no debt, and owned all their Public Services. Now the UK owns nothing and has £3tn of debt. While Norway still owns everything and has the equivilant per person of £10tn. That's how privatisation 'works'.

Boris Johnson, Dominic Cummings, Matt Hancock and Michael Gove ran the Covid PPE lanes, while Rishi Sunak rubber stamped every payment. Given the £14.9bn in fraud they should all be in jail. RT if you agree.

Remember the hysteria over Labour’s Budget “crashing the market”? A month later: • Government borrowing costs are lower • The pound is stronger against the euro • Bank of England has cut rates by 0.25% Quietly proving the critics wrong.

HMRC hasn't prosecuted anyone for enabling tax evasion in 5 years. But it fined 95,000 people who dodged nothing, £100 each because their returns were slightly late. HMRC, pinching the pennies, ignoring the stolen Pounds.
