May be just my opinion (that’s what Twitter’s for right?): using words like “bugs” and “cancerous cells” to explain fermentation to a general, food industry audience isn’t the best way to garner support for new foods…

Critical advice. As a founder (and mom of 2 young kids) time spent better provide measurable, impactful value in some meaningful way. A dinner with randos? Probably not high impact and if there’s 1-2 folks I’d like to meet attending I can hunt them down some other way 😉
