The team here at Hilton Bankside have gone all out in celebration of the Coronation of HRH King Charles III. From our regal Bankside sign to ‘The Chocolate Coronation Carriage’. The carriage took 25 days to build and is made from over 40kg of chocolate!

Christmas magic has arrived at Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge! Our talented team has brought a spectacular 10ft-tall gingerbread house. Using 600 kg of gingerbread dough, the structure took 7 weeks to design, bake, assemble and decorate with royal icing and marshmallow.
