Everything was going smoothly with Kenya Airways Support's flight from Kigali, 🇷🇼. There were no delays, and communication was consistent. However, upon arriving home, bags didn't make it onto the plane at departure. It all seemed too good to be true 😏. I am at a loss for words 😡.
