Dan Landau Federico Gaiti Ally Hawkins Mariela Cortés López If y'all got sequences of mis-spliced ORFs - provided they produce changes in polypeptide sequence - you can add proteomics to the -omicses you already have. de novo sequencing of proteins is non-trivial, but if you can make a fasta file for searching, then it's quite doable.
