Congrats to all of our River Rats on solid performances at USA Hockey Select 17 Camp! Will Manchuso led Team Massachusetts and finished T-6th overall in scoring with 4 goals & 4 assists in 6 GP! Big time week for a big time player!

Andrew Martin continued his breakout year with 2 goals & 3 assists while playing a power forward game and providing a physical presence.

Ethan Travis had a goal and an assist while Cam MacPherson had two assists. Both are primed for another big year with the Rats and at prep school.

Vinnie D’Urso finished in the top half of the goaltenders statistically with an .878 save percentage, once again proving he’s one of the most underrated players at his position in the entire country.

The CHE is always one of the best events around. Glad to see longtime Rat Cam MacPherson getting deserved ink. All he does is produce and play with grit!

Congratulations to Jack Hextall and the rest of USA Hockey for defeating Sweden 5-3 to win the 🥇 at the 2025 Hlinka Gretzky Cup Championship! Jack was also named the US player of the game!

Fun day on the ice and on the bench for the Mass HS Hockey Showcase. A lot of passion and love for the game. Great event to showcase some of the best of the best in Mass high school hockey.

Compiling rosters for the Beast Launch event next week reminded me of one of the most infuriating parts of midget hockey: the laziness of certain coaches who refuse to fill out accurate and complete rosters for their teams. Doing kids and fellow hockey professionals a disservice.
