Need staff on the ground to reform services and deliver quality to patients. Apparently money needed for that as current pay and numbers freeze on recruitment limited by WTE and money. But looking forward to the reform you mention Bernard Gloster

It is unacceptable. Prior to ‘20,scarcity of resource was lived experience for HSCP. WTE uplifts in ‘20-‘23 enabled SLT to deliver new/expand existing services. More importantly ⬆️ WTE was enabler for optimum qualitative care. ’24 resource scarcity is HUGE retrograde step IASLT
