Case of the Week Answer: CT shows a hyperdense L MCA, from complete occlusion of the L MCA seen in the CTA. Tyrosine kinase inhibitors such as pazopanib put the pt at risk for stroke. Pt received thrombolytics and a thrombectomy. Full case here AAEM jem-journal.com/article/S0736-…
