Have had the worst experience with Frontier Airlines chasing down customer service, trying to right the situation that happened to me on Saturday. Still waiting for answers and compensation for the ways they violated the DOT rules and regulations.

Pretty sure everyone knows this but Frontier Airlines Frontier Airlines is an airline you should never EVER fly. I have never encountered customer service like this! A horribly experience from start to finish.

I've been waiting for a refund from Frontier Airlines Frontier Airlines that I was told was processed for over two weeks. No response to my emails about receipts I was told to send. No response at all!

I can't believe I'm surprised but Frontier Airlines is such garbage. Now after hours/days/weeks of following up with this, I'm somehow getting LESS than what was promised to me?

It really seems that the goal of Frontier Airlines is to frustrate the customer until it's just not worth it. I'm told something different each time and offered no help. It's pretty disgusting.

after an awful customer service situation with Frontier Airlines they finally agreed to a small reimbursement for travel. That was 3 months ago. It was supposed to take 6 weeks. This is the worst airline I've ever dealt with.
