I saw a patient today who thinks I’m brilliant because I’m the only specialist that diagnosed her pain, by actually examining her/palpating the painful area. She’s happy because she now has hope for relief. Basic things make a huge difference for our patients! #DOProud

Treated ten patients with OMM today! Previous record was 6 patients. My hands are fried! Shout out to the OMM/NMM specialists who do this many or more all day every day!

The WHO released guidelines on chronic LBP and I was asked to comment. I advocated for first line referral to nonsurgical spine specialists (#physiatrists) when our primary care colleagues need help managing this condition.
