Thousands of people will have a good idea, but very few will actually end up taking action on that idea. That’s the difference maker. Take the action and make adjustments after. Procrastination and perfection are both dream killers.

I think one of the most common traits of successful people is simply having a sense of urgency with everything they do in life

Bought a house and got a 2.875% mortgage. Sale price $128k and loan amount $124k 👊🏼 💥 💰 Instead of complaining about the high interest rates and sitting on the sidelines, gotta learn how to work around it and make shit happen.

This will only get worse once the new rules go into place. The experienced, more skilled agents will dominate market share. Newer agents will have a tough time breaking into it from scratch compared to previous, especially during pandemic times.

Friendly reminder that hitting goals most often comes down to your ability to STAY CONSISTENT over a long period of time. There are many ways to skin a cat. Figure out what works for you and you’ll ACTUALLY STICK TO. Otherwise you’ll likely end up spinning your wheels.

Don’t waste your 20s. You can work your ass off for just that decade and literally be set up to live off investment returns the rest of your life if you wanted. Much harder to do this if you start later. Take advantage of the power of time and compounding.

A lot of times the person currently in the position you want to be in isn’t any smarter or talented than you, but was simply willing to take action on something you weren’t. Don’t let lack of action be the reason you end up with regret at the end of your life.

Take a hard look at your current daily habits and actions. Then fast forward one year from now. Is what you’re currently doing on a daily basis getting you closer or further away from your ideal future? Small actions compound over a long enough time period one way or another.

Your habits dictate your future outcomes. Plain and simple. If you tell me someone’s daily habits they perform on a consistent basis, I can likely predict their future success or non success with a high degree of certainty.

If you’re in your 20s don’t worry about how much you’re getting paid right off the bat. Focus on working your ass off, self education, building high value skills, and high upside opportunities. You’ll get paid soon enough.

Consistency is a trait available to everyone. Effort is a choice. If you aren’t where you want to be in life maybe you are getting in your own way. Take a hard look at your habits. Are they aligned with your goals or are they pushing you away from them?

Most times the best approach isn’t necessarily what’s optimal, but one you can stick with consistently. There are many ways to skin a cat, but sustainability (or lack of) is what dictates the eventual outcome.
