Appalling customer service from @BTOpenreach and Plusnet engineer booked for weeks to install 8-1, no engineer, no call, nothing. Rang engineer and he says he’s too busy. My 82 year old Dad has been there waiting since 8am as I’m in USA on holiday. Dreadful.

#AskRishi I run a small surveying practice with 5 self employed surveyors/staff. We all work from home so we cannot get a business rate related grant. The profits are over £50k so I get no help from the current deal. Small businesses like mine have been completely missed out.
