Increasing the international visibility and research output of German universities was a goal from the start for the excellence initiative of DFG public | @[email protected] that lead to the establishment of iDiv. (1/4) The Humboldt Foundation is scouting for postdocs from underrepresented regions of the globe. Nico Eisenhauer is a HF representative scouting for a scientist with expertise in soil microbial ecology and data analysis/synthesis.

(2/4) For this round of candidates (2024), the topic is Cross-kingdom synthesis of temporal and spatial soil microbial community analyses along grassland diversity gradients. The project will take place at iDiv in collaboration with the Uni Amsterdam, and Anna Heintz-Buschart
