Can we stop using "aggressive care" as the opposite of #hospice care? Anyone who thinks hospice is not aggressive has never seen us control pain, treat wounds, find a rabbi to FaceTime w/a patient on a Friday night during a pandemic, etc. Hospice care is aggressive care. #HaPC
