I hate to give too much info to the competition but my Trials race day strategy is: Patience for 20 Pacheco for 6.2 #cocainebear mode 🫡

67:06 HM PB! Hardest last 2km of my life when my legs gave up on me, but happy to battle the wind and give it a good go!🙏🏼 Also super proud of my husband with a PB run, did not appreciate being out kicked though🤣🙈 so grateful we get to live out this journey together🥰💫

Mission accomplished ✅ Although she crossed the finish line second, an early cut-in and DQ from Medina Eisa meant that Laura Muir picked up the win and a WICGlasgow24 qualifier with her 9:04.84 2 mile at the Millrose Games.

I have been lucky to compete at the British Champs every year since 2011😳 But sadly I am going to miss the rest of this track season. I am optimistic about getting on top of my epilepsy, but it will take time😔 For now, I can't wait to watch my friends compete and be a fan👌🏼🥰
