“Ride of Silence” with Bike305 🫶🏻

Miami-Dade County PROS BIKE305 hosted the 23rd annual Ride of Silence to honor those who have been injured or lost their lives while riding on public roadways. Miami-Dade TPO participated by bicycling along the Rickenbacker Causeway, escorted by officers.

Miami-Dade TPO supported the City of South Miami’s Helmet Giveaway and Survey Collection event, which provided free helmets to the community and gathered resident input to guide multimodal improvements along SW 64 Street, aiming to enhance connections to key destinations.

Today’s helmet giveaway in City of South Miami was a success! We gave out 50 helmets, collected 42 surveys, and shared 30 safety pamphlets. Let’s keep the momentum to connect the Ludlam Trail and The Underline along SW 64 St. #WeBikeFLA 🚲
