Per The Athletic re: Hockey Canada trial: "Justice Carroccia 'found that I cannot rely upon the evidence of E.M.' " No verdict has been read, but it doesn't look good for the Crown.

t/w ... #HockeyCanadaTrial I don't understand this most recent statement by Carroccia ... so, she basically says it's a myth if the person who is SA'ed stays quiet, they therefore consented. Did I miss something? Did E.M. actively consent to the other players who joined?
