I've been busy with moving to a new role, but I did a thing last week. I hope to help bring more mental Health focus to community & conferences this year. It's been a good few weeks with a new focus and some study. Now I'm working to be a mental health first aid instructor.

My youngest got this at school today, they had to reschedule the awards ceremony and I missed it. But this makes me feel like I'm doing OK as a parent and example for him.

Having to squeeze a funeral outfit into a conference carry-on sucks. Hug your people or call them.

Finally home after a long trip. Terrible mix of conference, funeral, and family vacation rolled into one, then 2 days of driving. Overall, a good few weeks and made me appreciate the good times with great friends. Got home to this sent by one of them. Love y'all.
