NYPD NEWS do we have any follow-up on this horrific event? Nobody should be thrust into that situation. And since the attacker is very likely a repeat offender, NYPD NEWS must do something asap to prevent future harm.

It breaks my heart that Asian women are *not* safe in my hometown (NYC). These crimes are underreported (making Jiyoun Suk, Ph.D. (jiyoun-suk.bsky.social) all the braver for speaking up) and under-prosecuted, and this needs to change. New York, do better. #StopAAPIhate
