Attended an event last night at the beautiful Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in the same room where the First Academy Awards were presented.

Just watching the Rockettes at the Parade & started tearing up. I thought why am I crying over the Rockettes & then realized - tradition. Reminds me, in a doctor’s waiting room, this old woman came in on a walker &her daughter said to me -She was a Rockette Happy Thanksgiving.

Just sayin’

In Illinois for Christmas! I haven’t seen my niece since she was one year old - she told me she is now “fwee” years old. Merry Christmas!

The end of a perfect Christmas Eve

This shoe was probably brought to the couch as a chew toy and then a better use for it was discovered.

Last night I packed the car, harnessed 3 dogs, got out the cat carrier and slept on the couch, fully dressed with the TV on. I was one of the lucky ones and my heart goes out to those who were not.
