I left the bbc and my many friends BBC Merseyside several months ago. I was extremely tired. Felt I’d run out of steam. I felt very uncertain about a lot of things. Probably enough just to say, I definitely wasn’t my usual self.

Now, after love and support from my family, and friends like Paul Salt Katie Haseldine Claire Minter and Harriet Gulliver, I’m feeling stronger and better than I was.

Nobody has helped me more than SNELLY (TONY SNELL). His friendship and support has been invaluable. I’ve learnt so much from him and Billy Butler over the years. I’ll be forever grateful to them both. I hope they know that. #EveryDaysABonus
