What I love about #nisdexpo is that it provides a platform for Ss like these John Tidwell M.S. learners who may not alway have the opportunity to show their thoughts and creativity. Loved hearing about the robot they built and hearing about how they overcame challenges!

To hear these John Tidwell M.S. artists talk about how they had to look deep within for their inspiration of these groovy self-portraits and some of the internal struggles they had were raw and real. #nisdexpo allows Ss to share their hearts and their minds with the community.

What a way to support students in their thoughtful work and providing them relevant connections to their learning and the real world.

Lesson closure is one of the most important parts of a lesson and allows us to know where our Ss are. Coach Bass built capacity in our John Tidwell M.S. Ts to effectively plan for and deliver a variety of closing strategies to ensure the success of our kiddos.

Crafting the right learning 🎯 can enhance lessons that reinforce the skills we are intentionally planning for. Thankful we have support from our Northwest ISD content coaches and coordinators to guide us through writing and using effective LT to will make the most impact.

The district typically opens at least one elementary school per year to address overcrowding at existing campuses. Proposition A of the 2023 bond package includes four elementary schools to continue to provide relief for schools that are over capacity. nisdtxbond.org.

It truly is an honor to serve our Titans alongside these amazing educators day in and day out. I’ve loved watching and mentoring you both as you grow in your roles.

The fabulous John Tidwell M.S. PTA hosted the first annual Titan Golf Classic and it was a HUGE success! Thankful for all the parents that put this event on, all of the sponsors who provided support, and all of the golfers who came out to have fun. Looking forward to next year!

If this is how we perform before the school year even starts, I can’t wait to see how much this team will grow throughout the year. The positivity and talent from these girls is just 1 example of the excellence that John Tidwell M.S. strives for daily.
