My Lunch every Thursday is 4 El Milagro Tostadas, 255g of Bumblebee Tuna, 135g of Apple, & the best Hot Giardiniera in the world (From Aldi). Tuna is a great source of Protein.

I have to say I had a nice time watching ‘Long Way Home’. It was a great surprise finding out there was another season in the ‘Long Way’ series. It’s a great lowkey travel show.
