The other day I woke up real early, around 5:30am. I took an Uber to work and washed a bunch of dogs. Then I dragged a couch from the front entrance into my office and slept for an hour. I was so tired and sore that I had sleep paralysis, very unconventional for me.

Sometimes I think about the time I went to go see ‘House of Gucci’ on a gloomy cold November day, and snuck inside 6 single roast beef sandwiches from Arby’s (no fries). Luckily I had sauce packets. It was really nice.

For about 19 years from age 8 - 27, I thought the song “Fox On The Run” by the band ‘Sweet’ was actually called “Boxed Alderaan”. I thought that it was an Indie Star Wars song that hit it Big, and it was about the planet Alderaan taking a stand against the Empire. True Story

My Lunch every Thursday is 4 El Milagro Tostadas, 255g of Bumblebee Tuna, 135g of Apple, & the best Hot Giardiniera in the world (From Aldi). Tuna is a great source of Protein.

Release me from rooms of re-admittance where daydreams of love tumbled me into fantastical spirals of hope for so long have i blanketed cautionary feelings covered by inaction. all there is when sadness comes as deluge are faces that remind me they breathe i breathe stench

Release me
from rooms of re-admittance
where daydreams of love
tumbled me into fantastical spirals
of hope
for so long have i blanketed
cautionary feelings covered
by inaction.
all there is when sadness comes as deluge
are faces that remind me
they breathe
i breathe
stench

I have to say I had a nice time watching ‘Long Way Home’. It was a great surprise finding out there was another season in the ‘Long Way’ series. It’s a great lowkey travel show.
