We've been learning about Deep Learning in R Club. I tried training a model to predict CDS based solely on DNA sequence. Not bad for a naive attempt. (Blue is TAIR annotation, red is my prediction). Overall 92% accuracy. #TensorFlow #DeepLearning #RStats

We can now plant over 700 near-single Arabidopsis seeds per plate with a modified Ender 3 (~$200) 3D printer, the AraPrinter. Next, we will combine the AraPrinter1.0 with the 3D printer-based imaging system, Imag3D, to track germination with high temporal resolution. Stay tuned.
