1) There is a lot of talk about decaying antibodies. I would like to walk you through a few findings about antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 that we put on medRxiv on Friday. Ill do this slowly over the day (while being in nonstop conference calls). But I feel this needs to get out there.
Our paper on sex-based differences in the clearance of asymptomatic P falciparum infection is out!! We found that females cleared these infections ~2x faster than males in our cohort in Uganda. eLife - the journal (1/N) elifesciences.org/articles/59872

Today's update on SF/UC San Francisco numbers. Bottom line –huge increase in cases & test positivity. Hospitalizations still pretty benign (though early signs of an uptick). Most remarkable stat is our asymptomatic test positivity rate (ATPR) UCSF Health – now ~7%, or ~1-in-14.(1/16)
