An incredibly disappointing response from The Royal College of Surgeons of England. Granted, many studies have limitations but this included >1 million patients and adds to other evidence. This was an opportunity to highlight what The Royal College of Surgeons of England is doing to increase & embrace inclusivity. Instead he’s dismissed it.

Lord Darzi’s review of #NHS : stating what all clinicians have been saying for a long time especially 👇🏻. Falling productivity is because we haven’t got the tools to work with & it is “crushing”. No beds, not enough theatre capacity….. Thank you 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/66e1b49e…

Thank you to the many thousands of people across the whole of the NHS & social care who helped deliver the care during the pandemic. Has been a strange and difficult day. But felt it was important to give witness to some small part of the enormity of the challenge we all faced.
