An incredibly disappointing response from The Royal College of Surgeons of England. Granted, many studies have limitations but this included >1 million patients and adds to other evidence. @rosieICM Thank you for sharing my story. I think a key discussion in all this needs to be how difficult it is complain and what happens to victims who do. Too often people put the onus on the individual to speak up, but when cultures are so toxic it’s a Herculean task.

It’s not “banter”, it’s homophobia, misogyny, racism and harassment. Homa Arshad and Marieta Franklin calling it out. Such important work from #WPSMS BOA
