Nice evidence that CBT works through ⬇️ fear and catastrophising and ⬆️ self-efficacy, while ACT mediated by ⬆️ acceptance and psychological flexibility. I’d love to see these constructs as potential moderators of the relative efficacy of ACT V CBT. But really great start 👇🏿
