I've been trying to eat less meat. One discovery I've made in that process is eggplant as a pizza topping. It does a nice job of replacing the oily tastiness of sausage or pepperoni.

Finally back to normal after injuring my knee in early July while training for a marathon. Did almost 2 months of physical therapy. Grateful that I'm still able to drench a t-shirt in sweat with a good, hard run.
