Same team at Traverse Theatre was my final show at Edinburgh Festival Fringe and easily one of my favourites. Full of joy and heart, with some of the best direction you’ll find. A great ensemble where everyone gets the chance to show off. So good I immediately went and bought the play.

Broken boys captures being a teenager perfectly. It’s got the piss taking banter of the inbetweeners, and the looming dread of Skins. 5 really strong performances with fantastic writing and direction. Manchester theatre is in safe hands with the likes of Dare to Know Theatre. Get a 🎟️🎟️
