Congrats to #USF volleyball, the American Athletic Conference regular-season champions. It’s the 150th conference championship in USF Athletics history.

#USF at Loyola Chicago, 12:30. Join us on Bulls Unlimited. Yep, Jim Lighthall and I got a photo with Sister Jean (age 105). Asked for her prayers because she has the direct line.

There are 6 remaining unbeaten teams in Division I men’s college basketball. USF Men's Basketball already has played two of them (Florida, Loyola-Chicago) and will face a third (9-0 Utah State) on Saturday afternoon.

Interesting stats (to me): Florida MBB is 13-0. Largest Gator deficit all season was 13 in opener vs. USF Men's Basketball. Gators are 6th nationally in 3-point defense (26.6 pct). #USF was 13-for-27 beyond the arc against Gators.

Steve Kiner — Hillsborough High great, Tennessee All-American and NFL player — was among the best football players Tampa produced. He has died at age 77. RIP.

A very sad day. Tony Saladino has died. This is a beloved man who meant everything to Tampa baseball and it meant a lot when my son got to play in the Saladino Tournament.
