Wenn man auf die Frage, ob man mit einer Promotion ‚für den Arbeitsmarkt‘ im Allgemeinen überqualifiziert ist, antwortet: ‚Nein, denn in Job XY braucht man die Promotion‘, umgeht man die Frage. Der Arbeitsmarkt ist nicht abstrakt beliebig viele Jobs XY.

Diese Schlussfolgerung ist einfach falsch. Wir fordern entfristete Stellen auf der Stufe der Wimis. In anderen Bereichen arbeiten auch nicht alle Entfristeten einzig auf der Chefetage!
