Norges Bank PPR 2/23: "Vi venter at boligprisene vil falle noe i andre halvår. Boligprisene ventes likevel å være nesten 18 prosent høyere ved utgangen av 2023 enn før pandemien. Utover i 2024 venter vi at boligprisene igjen vil øke."

I forhold til en normal prisutvikling (sesongjustert), steg boligprisene i Oslo 0,5 prosent i oktober. På landsbasis selges boligene nå i snitt 1,4 prosent under prisantydning.
